The Food:
Gamberi e Limone con Paste
(Shrimp with Lemon over Pasta)
INGREDIENTS
Medium Shrimp, cleaned, peeled, deveined, 5 per person
Whole Lemon
Garlic
Red or White Onion
Olive Oil
Butter
White Wine
ParsleyStart to boil the water for your pasta, linguine, angel hair or spaghetti work best.
For the shrimp and sauce, In a sauce pan, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat, but be sure not to make it smoke or burn. Add in your sliced garlic, diced red onions, fresh lemon juice, a tablespoon of butter, some good white wine, then the shrimp, then the chopped parsley. Serve it over the pasta.
