The Food: Mom's Pizza

INGREDIENTS
Chopped Onions
Oregano
Salt & Pepper
Crushed Tomatoes
Finely diced or Shredded Mozzarella
Parmasean Cheese
Dough either homemade, uncooked from a pizzeria or frozen from supermarket

Get a pound of dough, this will make 2 small to medium pizzas, depending on how well you stretch the dough out, how think you make it, etc.  You can get the dough frozen in the supermarket, or at a pizzeria, you can expect to pay about $2-3 for 2 lbs. of dough.  (I use House of Pasta of Nutley, NJ frozen dough which is about $2 for 2-1lb. pieces of dough).  Defrost the dough by rubbing it lightly with oil, place in a glass bowl, allow to rise (after a few hours) punch it down, allow to rise again, lightly flour it so it does not stick to your hands, stretch out and place in lightly oiled pans.  Add tomato sauce, onions, salt, pepper, oregano, basil leaves, a small about of shredded mozzarella and whatever else you like on it, pepperoni, olives, etc.   Cook in a 450-500F oven for 15-20  minutes.
