The Food: Risotto con Pesce

Risotto with Fish or "Italian Paella"

INGREDIENTS
1/2 White Onion Diced
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

I half jokingly call this Italian paella because that is what it looks like when you are done with it, and, it probably has been derived from some Italian dishes.

In a skillet or large non-stick pan heat some olive oil and add your diced onions.  Add in the paste after a few minutes and continue to stir/mix the ingredients.

Soft shell crab first, cut up, then the shrimp, then the mussels, the lobster (again).
