The Food: Risotto con Pesce
Risotto with Fish or "Italian Paella"
INGREDIENTS
1/2 White Onion Diced
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & PepperI half jokingly call this Italian paella because that is what it looks like when you are done with it, and, it probably has been derived from some Italian dishes.
In a skillet or large non-stick pan heat some olive oil and add your diced onions. Add in the paste after a few minutes and continue to stir/mix the ingredients.
Soft shell crab first, cut up, then the shrimp, then the mussels, the lobster (again).
