The Food: Peaches in Wine
My uncle used to do this, even as a kid I enjoyed it. It is simply some red wine in a dessert glass similar to what you would put ice cream in. You can use sweet or dry red wine, but rose or white wine does not work well. Simply slice the peaches into 8 slices and submerge in the glass of wine. Let sit for 20 minutes or so, and enjoy!
