Pizza
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Pound of Dough
1 Teaspoon of Cooking Oil
1/4 Cup of Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon Chopped Onions
Grilled Vegetables: (your choice you will only need a
slice of each of Zucchini; Portobello Mushroom; Eggplant, Tomato, Peppers,
etc.)
Oregano, Salt & Pepper to Taste
This is basically the
same recipe as tomato pie, only you are adding
chopped grilled vegetables. I say chopped because quite often, people
will leave the vegetables on the pizza whole, to show off the fine dark grill
marks, but quite frankly, if you dont bite hard enough, the vegetable slice
winds up sliding off the rest of the piece of pizza and hangs out of your
mouth and sticks to your chin. Not a pretty site. This method is simply
mentally divide the pizza in to quarters, and take 3-4 toppings and put one
on each quarter of the pizza. I say 3-4, because you can leave one quarter
with only tomato sauce.
