Rosemary Garlic & Lemon Chicken

Enough chicken for as many people as you have, it can be quartered or whole. If you do not have a skillet, a glass pyrex dish works fine as a second choice.  In the skillet or pyrex, put some olive oil to coat the bottom.  Chop the garlic and throw in the skillet Slice a lemon in slices and place over the chicken.  Heat the oven to 350F.
