Seatrout Siciliana (Seatrout Baked Sicilian Style)

Seatrout, as the name might imply, is not freshwater trout, but a salt water fish.  

INGREDIENTS
Seatrout
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Oregano
Parsley
Lemon
Fresh Rosemary
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Red Bliss Potatoes

On a baking sheet spread some aluminum foil, drizzle some olive oil on the foil to keep the potatoes and fish from sticking.  Wash and slice your potatoes, arrange .
