Sardines
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pecorino Romano Cheese
Baguette BreadThis is very simple, very fast, very Sicilian. Just take your fresh baugette bread, drizzle extra virgin olive oil on both sides of the bread, put down your grated cheese, sardines, press down hard on the two sides of bread, set aside for a few minutes, slice, serve!
