This is a fairly simple dish,
and is expanded on from the Shrimp Sauce recipe
listed on this site.
First off, boil your pot of water for the pasta.
You can you whichever pasta you prefer, but it works best with spaghetti
or linquine.
Take about a dozen shrimp and chop up with a sharp
knife. In a sauce pan or skillet, add some olive oil and some butter.
Add in some hot pepper flakes and pepper to taste. When the butter
is melted and slightly foaming, and add in chopped garlic and chopped red
onion. Add the shrimp. As they start to cook add in some plum
tomatoes, and a little cream. Allow to cook for about 15 minutes.
Boil your spaghetti, then add it in to the sauce
pan. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, serve with grated
