Truffle Bread

INGREDIENTS
Truffle Oil
Greated Parma-Reggiano Cheese
Day old Ciabatta or Panelle bread

Brush both sides of day old bread with truffle oil, top with grated cheese, put in the oven until its golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.  Also make great croutons or breadsticks if you slice accordingly after they have cooled.
