Truffle Sticks

INGREDIENTS
Truffle Oil
Day Old bread
Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese

Toast your bread, brush with truffle oil, top with grated cheese, put under the broiler or in the oven until the cheese melts.  Allow to cool, cut into long thin slices, serve with soup, salad or anything else you desire!
