I am seeking manuscripts from Canadian and American authors for an anthology about Sicilians and Sicilian culture.
I am accepting short stories (up to 3000 words), long short stories /book chapter (up to 10,000 words), memoirs, creative non-fiction, poetry (submit 4-6 depending on length), traditional songs, fables, folktales and personal essays.
All submissions must be written in English and can be either previously published or unpublished.
Preference will be given to writers of Sicilian origin.
Deadline is September 30, 2001.
