The easiest way to do this is if you have a wine press.  If not, you will have to squash many cartons of grapes skins and all.  After they are all smashed and the juice is out of them you put them in a wooden or plastic barrel, depending on how much you make, but if you are going to do this, at least make one 55-gallon drum of it.
